Forensic Accounting QLD’s involvement instrumental in reversing a decision of the QBCC. Periodically, our involvement in a matter is such that we consider it would be beneficial to share an overview of the matter with you in the form of a case study. This case study involved us undertaking a review of a decision by the QBCC (formerly the QBSA) to exclude an individual on the basis of an insolvency event.  There were (in our opinion) a number of mitigating circumstances that were not originally taken into consideration by the QBCC, and that upon receiving our report, reversed their original decision.  The complete case study can be accessed HERE.
